Shotblasting

Shot blasting is also known as abrasive blasting, which is a generic term for the process of smoothing, shaping and cleaning a hard surface by forcing solid particles across that surface at high speeds, but provides a more even finish with no problems at corners or crannies.

Thermal Spraying

Thermal arc spray is where two consumable metal wires are fed independently into the spray gun. These wires are then charged and an arc is generated between them. The heat from this arc melts the incoming wire, which is then entrained in an air jet from the gun. This will add years of life to your product.

Powdercoating

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.

Wet Spraying

Wet Spraying is a painting technique in which a spray gun sprays paint through the air onto a surface. we use this on mainly bespoke furniture.
